Meet Victoria, Founder & Registered Dietitian

Welcome. I am so glad you’re here.  As a dietitian, I specialize in eating disorders and disordered eating. I am registered through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp). My interest in the field began in college, when I served as a respondent on the National Eating Disorder Association helpline. This opportunity showed me how much of a need there was for support nation-wide, and made me eager and confident to lean into specializing.

I most previously served as the East Coast Director of Nutrition Services for Monte Nido & Affiliates. Prior to this, I worked for Central Coast Treatment Center in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara, California.  I have experience working in the inpatient and residential levels of care, as well as in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs.  I am dedicated to helping my clients restore peace around the table and with their bodies, and do so through a non-diet lens.

Working together, you’ll find that I am empathetic, hopeful and endlessly curious to find solutions and new beginnings. I strive to create a kind, inviting and non-judgmental space, and am dedicated to continuing to learn and prosper as a provider.

Our hope is to help clients push away the interruptions and reconnect with their intuition, one plate at a time.

  • Therapeutic Meal Support

Coaching during meal and snack times can be valuable for working through the emotions that arise with eating. This service highlights intention setting with meals, challenging your preferences and palate, and aims to increase your overall options and confidence with eating.
